TSM is the Premier Alternative Education in New England. Our comprehensive environmental training program— licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards along with  authorized instructors through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)—is offered in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse and inclusive student population.​

In addition to workforce development, TSM integrates ministry and community outreach into its mission, equipping individuals not only with the skills to pursue living-wage careers, but also with the spiritual foundation to impact their communities through service and faith-based leadership.
